About the data: Proxima b is a confirmed planet found with the radial velocity method, so its 11-day orbit and minimum mass are measured. Its true size, atmosphere, oceans and temperature are unknown. The 93% score is SpaceEngine's value; the Planetary Habitability Laboratory catalogue lists a lower Earth Similarity Index of about 0.87. Proxima Centauri throws frequent powerful flares, and the planet is likely tidally locked, so real conditions could be much harsher than shown here.
