@hopecrosby_eatss: Biscoff and white chocolate banana bread Ingredients 3 small bananas, mashed @tesco 150g butter 150g caster sugar 200g self-raising flour 4 tsbp @biscoff__uk crunchy spread 2 eggs 1 tsp vanilla essence 8 Biscoff biscuits 100g white cooking chocolate Method: - To a large bowl, add the bananas and mash until there are minimal lumps. - Melt the butter slightly and add this into the mashed bananas along with the sugar. Whisk until smooth. Crack in both eggs and add the vanilla essence then whisk again. Melt 2 tbsp of the Biscoff spread and stir this into the mixture - Fold through the flour until completely smooth, then roughly chop the chocolate and bash half the biscuits. Add most of the chocolate (saving some for the top) and the crushed Biscoff pieces, stir until combined. - Add the mixture to a lined loaf tin. Top with the remaining chocolate and remaining biscuits. - Cook in a preheated oven at 160 for 1 hour. - Finish by melting the remaining biscoff spread and pouring on top. #bananabread #biscoff #biscoffbananabread
