I’m nine days postop from a tractional detachment. My doctor originally told me three days and he expanded it to seven. I gave it eight just in case I go to a follow up tomorrow. I still have an air bubble so much for 5 to 7 days before it absorbs lol

Oh my dear, I’m sorry for what you’re going through. I had retina detachment. It’s awful. I don’t want to be pessimist but be prepared, it doesn’t end there. I was pos op waiting to see my doctor and a couple asked me how many surgeries I had so far, I thought they were joking with me 😅😂
