The key word for your first "contradiction" id dahāhā in 79:30 classical tasfir does not neccessarilt understand thid as created the earth from nothinf at this point Ibn Kathir explains it as the earth being prepared like bringing out its water vegetation and estabilishing features like mountains so its like earth is created, heavens are formed then earth is spread out - water vegetation etc

yeah and Muslims say the bible has contradictions but they still haven't found any and even if they found contradictions that would prove that the bible is actually legit because if there where 5 guys watching the same thing happened at a crime scene or something most of the time they will disagree on a few things that happened but if it was fake it wouldn't have any contradictions at all because they would have planed what to do from the start but Allah/God created the Quran and he can't make contradictions so it's okay for the bible to have a few contradictions because it was made by humans but not the Quran because it was made by God
