@pawsofhoperescues: Update on our poor older boy now named Larry💙 Larry managed to see the vet just before they closed yesterday and thankfully he is disease negative. Sadly the X-rays showed he has few little air rifle pellets through his body 😡😔 He also had his nails cut to help him walk better and his X-rays showed he has a fracture on one of his toes. He has started therapy, pain relief and an injection course of antibiotics and also had parasite treatments. All 4 of his legs and feet are swollen so we will see if this helps improve over the next few days before further investigation is done. Right now he just needs comfort and good food and to rest - he is absolutely exhausted. He is skin and bone and you can feel every single one of his ribs 💔 He struggles to get up as he is just so weak😔🥺 No dog should face this level of torment and I really hope he has time to feel love and hopefully a family ♥️❤️‍🩹 The vet thinks he is approx 9 years but he is just in such bad condition💔 The funds raised so far have covered this first initial vet trip and X-rays and we have a few months pension now covered too. Larry is going to need a while to recover and further vet trips so if anyone would like to donate please see original appeal link below: Thank you so much to everyone who has donated so far❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹 We really do appreciate everyone for helping us get this boy off the street and help♥️♥️
