My parents called one entrance into our neighborhood the “zig zag way”. It was the longer way to our house but 4 quick turns then down a big hill. To this day when I visit my parents I go the zig zag way because its just a little more fun

Great ideas! Some of ours: hold your breath under a bridge, yell the color of the tree you see changing in the fall, always looking for cardinals in our backyard (lost my dad/their grandpa this year), wish on a fallen eyelash, silly would you rathers in the car, fairy garden by our front tree.

As a kid I lived near a long tunnel you’d drive through. In the tunnel it had a long row of dotted lights and my mom told us we were ‘time traveling’ when we went through it. Even now I smile going through tunnels!
