@theetaylorsimone: Soulfood Sunday is here honey 👩🏾‍🍳 Here’s the recipe: Baked Mac: I used the Terry Cruz recipe which is: Boil Noodles Mix this all together ⬇️ 16 oz cottage cheese (small curd) 1 & 1/2 cup Greek yogurt Sharp Cheddar + White Cheddar Salt + Pepper Paprika 1 egg Than mix it all in with the noodles after they are done on the pan you’re using to bake the Mac & bake at 350 degrees for 45min Corn bread: jiffy corn bread mix Yams: Cut up 2 sweet potatoes This is the sauce For 2 sweet potatoes cook it on a pan on the stove all of this mix it all together * ½ stick butter * ½ cup sugar * ½ cup light brown sugar * 1 tsp cinnamon * ½ tsp vanilla extract Than add the yams in and stir them every few mins for 30min Collar greens: butter, yellow onions, garlic, chicken broth, better than bouillon, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, black pepper, onion powder, apple costa vinegar, 1 Lipton onion pack BBQ Chicken: Paprika, garlic/onion powder & Adobo.
