I’m back to work tonight after having 10 months off and my baby is 8 months old and is now going through separation anxiety and sleep regression so I feel so guilty about having to leave her during the night 😩🩷

Crazy isn’t it! I managed to not go back to 11 months as I was able to earn money online! SMP & the time off is just crazy 🤦♀️

The reality is that I think before we even conceive we need to figure out how much in savings we’ll need to be off for maternity leave…so becoming a parent is a lot more expensive than they make it out to be. We need around £15k to cover the time I’ll be off
