Westlake village the whole city is hoa 😂

WinniePoo :

Likely a city aesthetic regulation, wait till you find out about the Teal McDonald’s in Sedona

The AV Angle :

looks like an all of garden

Steve :

Probably a local ordinance where businesses have to blend into the landscape

Cookie :

Its an upscaled version for wealthy neighborhoods. We have one in our country club. They use Wagu meat, the buns are baked on site and the produce is grown in a local garden. The cheese is also made on site from milk from a local dairy farm. There is a wine pairing menu.

It’s a Westlake Village rule so it doesn’t look tacky, the Target in the other side of the parking lot has their logo in the same color

Really zoomed in and went left to not show how it mostly just looks like a normal INO except one facade.
