@itsoncardiff: We took a sneak peek inside @solinapasta Cardiff’s newest neighbourhood Pasta restaurant, set to open on Westgate Street in the former Zero Degrees building. Run by husband and wife Martin and Debbie Stills and their two sons, James and Oliver, the family opened their first restaurant in Bath in 2024 and are now bringing their second location to Cardiff. They’ve transformed the Grade II-listed former garage into a bright, contemporary, open-plan restaurant, complete with a large open kitchen where fresh pasta that’s made in a separate kitchen takes centre stage. Expect everything from linguine and ravioli to bottoni and radiatori, served with a selection sauces, meat, fish and of course tiramisu . 🍝 The restaurant will operate on a walk-in-only basis, so there’s no need to book ahead and they are giving away 3000 bowls of pasta from 12pm on the opening day. 📍 Westgate Street, Cardiff 📅 Opens Monday 28 September 🍝 Walk-ins only
