We see that in ep 10. he is hesitated for a seconds to make both pio & his mom fall. that why he said "until I called" , that means he feels something, and the way he listen to Pi-o playing the piano where he asked to "put regret" and all the flahsback, I guess from there Jeong knows there is something Pio is hiding.
