Absolutely not. 😂 An endometriosis flare can mean cramps, bloating, back pain, leg pain, nausea, exhaustion, brain fog and suddenly planning every outing around toilets, heat pads, meds and an escape route. And if I ignore it and push through? My body usually sends the invoice the next day. 🫠 That’s the reality of living with endometriosis, chronic pain and an invisible illness — sometimes even getting ready uses half the battery.
