Looking back on this month’s Fitness & Embodiment Retreat! Wow, it’s already almost a month since we were about to start this retreat and how time has flown! This was actually our 5th retreat (in 4 years - since we did 2 this year!), and I just want to say a special thank you to all the guests that came and shared their journeys with us - thank you for your courage, your openness and your willingness to jump right in - what a week we had right?! 😄 Myself and @Yorgos Karamalegos are finding more and more flow with how the retreat unfolds - from the itinerary, to the session structure to also how the bridges between Fitness & Embodiment are becoming stronger & stronger to us.
