Why don’t people understand that most of these companies aren’t in business to do the right thing. They don’t give a shit. Plus I’m not 100% but I’m sure her homeowners insurance won’t cover the home, if it’s used as a rental business

Let me get this straight from a couple recent videos— septic issue = guest fault. Trashed and broken tables and other items = hosts fault! I think AirBnB’s AI is backwards!

Tbh, check the fine print, If the words “replacement cost” are there, no depreciation is calculated. Most insurance coverages are listed
