The living space looks enormous in one frame and barely fits a sofa in another, which is the photographer skewing proportions to make the room read bigger. It's the same problem as virtual styling. You set an expectation, a buyer arrives at the open home, and the house is smaller than the one in their head. Now everything else they thought they knew is under review, and you've lost the goodwill you had before they walked in.
