Do not buy anything from this company. I have bought 3 items from Trax and everyone had an issue. My first chain broke and I let them convince me to trade it into a “sturdy and solid” chain when I voiced concerns that the first chain had problems. Well, that one also broke and caused me to lose my pendant that was on the chain. The pendant was also bought from Trax and came unstamped and unmarked and had to be returned originally to be corrected. They had me send the second chain back to be “fixed”. When it was returned to me after the repair, IT BROKE AGAIN PICKING IT UP OUT OF THE BOX!! So now, between all 3 items, I have spent over $2k and have NOTHING but some scrap chain. They will only warranty for 2 weeks and then you’re on your own. Did you know that when you spend thousands of dollars on jewelry, you might just be leasing it? That’s what their manager essentially said last night when we spoke. His comment to me was “well you got to wear it for that time” when I said I spent all that money and now have nothing to show for it. Then, he said I probably got in a fight and that was how the chain broke. I’ve never been in a fight in my life. This guy is an absolute clown and I’m not even convinced he was the actual manager and not just another sales rep that I was handed off to because the person I was dealing with was trying to just move on. Go down the street. Go ANYWHERE ELSE. Buy from somewhere that will stand behind the product with real warranties. If a company is only giving you a 2 week warranty, then they know their product is terrible and they won’t stand behind it. I was a fan of Trax for a long time but he isn’t in the store actually helping the customers. He’s making social media for advertising now. His staff DOES NOT CARE about you.
