we take them for free, we just throw the trash in cars were crushing. we get a small deduction from the shredder mill on the load of crushed cars

I take them & I actually strip them apart from top to bottom. I have a certain way I cut them up that’s fast efficient and easy. I have a big incinerator in my yard so it’s not a big deal. I sell the engines, rear ends, tires tranny’s & whatever other parts I can sell. The rest goes to scrap.

As a tow truck company we refuse to impound them unless we have to due to police accidents simply because it costs money to get rid of them and fiberglass boats are the same way

We had a pile like that at a scrapyard I worked. We were allowed to pick through it on our time off to pull copper for extra money.
