Okonomiyaki has been coming up on my fyp and I can’t lie I’d actually like to try it. It looks a bit like a massive savoury pancake but then they put loads of different things on top which makes it look way more interesting. I’d probably go for one with loads of cabbage, some meat and all the sauce on top. The way they put the mayo over it always makes it look so much better as well. I feel like I’d probably have no idea how to eat it properly the first time but I’d figure it out. It looks really filling too so I don’t think I’d need much else with it. I’d definitely want to have one made fresh though because watching them cook it looks like half the experience. It’s definitely not something I’d normally think to order but seeing it on my fyp has made me curious.
