They didn’t close it so the world can see it. They would not allow people to just walk around. Thats worse than a hurricane tide! Interesting. Would like to have seen it!

I've lived in Broward my whole life and I've never seen the water come up to the wall like in Fort Lauderdale you know the white wall with the neon lights in it? I was sitting on that wall watching the waves come up and laugh at our feet as I sat there with a friend. so this takes the Cake because this is further up than the white wall. I've never ever seen Hollywood like this
