Typically, the orders that have been left behind for hours are the orders made and sent to the wrong location. I ordered my morning coffee to my local Dunkin' Donuts and when I came home from work, it was still there at the counter and they remade it for me also. 😂

This is the power of just asking, never hurts to try & see what happens. Just today I reached out to Amazon about something I bought 3 years ago & asked if I could still get a refund. They said if I send it back they’ll make an exception for a refund. I said I didn’t have the product anymore (I don’t) & explained I didn’t reach out earlier because I was frustrated it broke & didn’t bother to. They let it slide & said they’d apply the amount to my balance for my next order. All ya gotta do is ask
