even if I weren't in a relationship I would still keep my copper IUD in and get it replaced. unfortunately in the world we live in sex sometimes isnt a choice and I would it want to be dealing with trying to get emergency contraception should the worst happen

I originally got on it when I wasn't active because I was ending up in the ER everymonth for estrogen withdrawal and cysts rupturing. Been with my now husband for over 5 years and preventing pregnancy is just a plus 🤷♀️

yes yes yes!! i went from periods where i was vomitting all night , couldnt sleep because of cramps , couldnt eat, now theyre 4 days long , manageable cramps and helped my skin sm and i feel like my emotions are just more regulated in general

I was a virgin when I first got on birth control (for pain), and while I was in an LD relationship! the birth control has dual purpose that 100% made it worth it, for me, to use it for both even when I wasn't getting spicy.
