Doctors can only make a diagnosis based on the result of tests. And doctors sometimes get it wrong but the more tests you have the more accurate the diagnosis.

In the UK hospitals although I am very grateful and actually work for the NHS myself, people are way too stressed and in their own world to ask how someone is in the hospital etc vs UAE and these countries totally different experience. May Allah SWT give your father Jannah ameen 🤲

Doing a lot of tests isn't necessarily a good thing. Doctors who have no clue what's going on tend to do a lot of testing.
