why dont you break the system down to managers. ie entrepreneurs who also want to make some money but can control and manage. that would be you getting your money without your effort. sometimes small margins can be big in a long time span.

This really resonates with me. One of the most difficult parts of entrepreneurship, in my experience, is building a brand that can run effectively even when you’re not physically present.You can put systems and structures in place, but the real challenge is getting people who will take ownership of those systems and treat the business with the same level of commitment you do. Sometimes, staff are focused mainly on the salary at the end of the month, while you’re thinking about the survival, growth and long-term vision of the business. I have learnt that you can’t build a sustainable business around your own presence forever. People have to earn responsibility, trust and greater rewards through their contribution. That’s one of the reasons I adopted my “You Earn It” model where growth, recognition and opportunities are tied to what you actually contribute to the business. At the end of the day, systems only work when the people behind them are accountable enough to make them work. That has probably been one of my biggest lessons as an entrepreneur.

It’s so annoying,I worked in this particular domain as a software developer and I can also conclude that most of the riders are the problem. It’s a strong human problem that needs a strong enforcer 😁.
