As an Acholi man, I think the best approach to handle those categories of people is to arrest them openly and take them to the court , not abduction because abductions and kidnapping are also criminal acts.

sometimes I think maybe these people are just on gigs, planted so that they start to abuse so and so in order to attract that expected response. bcoz who now doesn't know that you can't walk away with abusing some people. Either the very abused people are the ones staging such , or the any other person or the people themselves,but the end benefit is being arrested.. am sure the target is to be arrested , they know what & how it benefits them.
