Wow Lauren! I have struggled my entire life with my weight, everything you have just said is so true. You have to love yourself first no matter how your size is, because if you don’t love yourself it will not matter what your size is. Yes society tells us to take the shots and get thin, it’s all over social media. Love who you are,that’s the real thing first. Thank you Lauren for this post! I know that’s what I needed to hear.
