I speak 4 languages here - learning Japanese. Best advice I can give you is literally immerse yourself in language. Try to read it, speak it daily, ask how to phrase things, repeat what you hear back from the tv, practice it at restaurants, with friends etc.. that’s the only way it’ll stick. It’s also why people who move to those countries improve a lot quicker cause they have no choice but to speak it - good luck!

They held 40% percent of their body weight for over 6 hours. That’s impressive. I recommend watching Mexican novelas to learn more. I was born in the USA but from Mexican parents. And would watch movies and shows in Spanish and that helped me learn more. My cousins didn’t and now they speak Spanish a little but don’t understand a lot of it.
