From what I remember, we use to use grease with the hot comb. That’s hotter than blow dryer. My hair was all the way down my back back then.

I been blowing my hair with grease since I was 16 I always knew grease was that gurl we need to just go back to the old ways of hair care in my opinion shampooing conditioning moisturizing grease just simple my mom is 84 that’s all she’s ever taught me water and grease will help grow your hair

Back in the day when they will call beauticians now you're calling them stylus but back in the day when the beauticians was doing your head do you not see how healthy your hair was and they were using Grease they weren't using all of these different products that's not suitable for the texture of African American hair y'all go to these newfangled schools beauty schools and they're not guarantee that texture of African American hair
