@momokatz7: 💚💚ADOPTION PENDING💚💚 🚨🆘 ADOPT/RESCUE – NODAS MED 🆘🚨 Needs placement by 09/28 at 11 AM CST 💙 Bubba A1299744 🐾 6 years old 🐾 Unaltered male 🐾 44.6 lbs 🐾 Heartworm: High Positive 🐾 Stray – found on S Ewing Ave, Dallas TX 🔗 Adopets: https://adopt.adopets.com/pet/292d234a-9558-4caa-afd0-d3d02e42974e Bubba is a quiet, timid boy who is now NODAS MED due to painful osteoarthritis affecting both elbows and carpal joints in his front legs. X-rays also showed changes consistent with osteomyelitis. He will need lifelong joint support and pain management. Despite his discomfort, Bubba has shown a gentle, calm side. On 9/26 he was quiet and timid, spending his time outside sniffing and exploring. On 9/27, he was initially hesitant about being leashed, but once leashed he went outside without issue, immediately used the restroom, and marked around the yard. He tolerated brief handling well and allowed pets for his handling video. He returned to his kennel without issue. ❤️ 💊 Current/Recent medications include carprofen and gabapentin for pain, with lifelong pain/joint support expected. Bubba needs someone willing to give this older, uncomfortable boy patience, medical care, and a quiet place to decompress. Please don’t let his medical needs or timid nature make him invisible. 🐾💙 🏠 FOSTER: [email protected] 🚨 RESCUE TAG: [email protected] ❤️ ADOPT: [email protected] PLEASE SHARE BUBBA. His deadline is TOMORROW at 11 AM CST. 🙏🐾 #dogs #pets #animals #dallas #fosteringsaveslives
