I read Manacled years ago and it is still to this day one of the best bits of fanfics - really any fiction - I've ever read. I picked up Alchemised 2 weeks ago and I am struggglllinnggggggg to separate them in my mind the whole time, I am translating characters into who I know they were before, and constantly comparing.. I dont know if I can enjoy Alchemised on its own merits knowing where it came from!
