What if you’re 65 and not a lot of time? ETF’s won’t give you what you’re looking for.

Good advice. Stay steady with the ETFs that everyone recommends. VOO, VTI, QQQM and so on . You see them all over TT. Don’t do crypto or other frisky investments. Keep putting money into the funds you choose; do it d

The stat that proves the point: investors who simply buy and hold an S&P 500 index fund have historically beaten ~90% of professional fund managers over 15 years. Boring is the edge.

Unsolicited Advice :
Feeling behind is fixed by boring index funds, not clever stock picks. Open the account, buy the broad market fund, and keep buying on a schedule.

Just finished the book The Simple Path To Wealth and keeping it simple is truly a great thing. Our old advisor who we fired about a year ago had us in 23 ETF”s and 7 Mutual funds most with high expense ratios not to mention his AUM fee of 1.0%. No thank you to that nonsense. Thanks for your great insight on investing.
