So if I own a hundred acres and put up a fence on one acre then I only own one acre now. My neighbors property line is fence now?

These laws were made when land was almost a dollar an acre and inches didn't matter and wasn't taxed. Now the value can be in the thousands or more that your neighbors steal from you and today's laws were never updated to account for these changes. Today's land value under these circumstances should be a felony crime.

My property line is scared. My neighbor’s garage is on my property. 3 inches and the front of my fence fence is 3 inches into their property. They demanded that I move my fence went to see an attorney. He advised me. I told them you move your garage and I’ll move my fence. They finally gave up, but it was a battle.

I tore my neighbors fence down and she called the cops. The cops showed up and said it was on his property. Nothing we can do.

You need to do a legal review on people who put spotlights in their backyard, driveway, or businesses next to you that are so bright they’re really annoying. At what point can we say enough is enough. I enjoy my backyard, I enjoy going out taking pictures at night of the stars. Some neighbor throws a high intensity LED spotlight in their backyard blinding you , are they allowed to?

no mention at all who must pay taxes on that property. the new owners might now owe back taxes on the sliver of land and your taxes should be readjusted for the decrease in size. Also, those who sold you the property did so with the original measurements and if it changed and that old owner didn't tell you couldn't you sue them.?
