@vataviacosmetics26: From Model to Student: What I Learned in Houston ✨ Episode 1 ✨ I drove from Dallas to Houston at 3:40 AM to be a model for @India Bridges sew in class, and this experience reminded me that when God wants you in a room, He will make a way. 🙏🏽 “See, I have placed before you an open door that no one can shut.” Revelation 3:8 🤍 I came home with more than a beautiful sew-in. I learned about continuing education, protecting your body as a hairstylist, creating a luxury client experience, collaboration over competition, knowing your worth, intentional branding, building an audience beyond your city and so much more. As a DFW abeauty professional, I’m learning that becoming better at hair is only one part of building a successful beauty business. The real work is taking what you learn and implementing it.
