This is not going to eliminate the jobs of the drivers. This is only going to increase the productivity of the Driver for example if the driver has only limitation of driving only 11 hours daily this truck will drive 24 hours without the need of the driver driving the truck itself, but to maintain everything a CDL driver is required to stay inside the truck 24 hours but he does not have to drive the truck so basically Single driver will be operating as a team driver without having a second driver in the truck. I hope that answers and clears your concerns
