You should look into Eliza dushku from bring it on and buffy the vampire slayer. She spoke out, did report a hostile environment working on “bull” and got punished socially and professionally so badly she quit acting. She’s doing amazing and she IS amazing but it’s definitely a story you should tell.

I'm unsure if she ever pursued legal action, but her story sure sounds like smexual harassment—a subject I'm very familiar with through a very close relative who won an initial ruling against a major restaurant chain, though the case remains tied up in legal red tape due to local corruption, highlighting just how difficult it is to win and resolve these types of cases, especially in an industry like Hollywood. They can blacklist you, making it difficult to get work in the industry, and there can be severe consequences when speaking out about these things.

I worked for a major fast food restaurant when I was 17. The guy who would come clean for the night would just stand a stare at me for long periods of time. He also told me his family made moonshine and would invite me over. I was made to be the hysterical teenager.
