My kid asked to play a new game and I asked that he brush his teeth without me asking and we can come back to that conversation ❤️it worked ! :) sometimes a reward helps form the habit .

When I tell you we do the exact same routine morning and night without fail and even the weekends. She still freaking forgets 🫠😵💫🙃 and yes we have tried lists and charts and everything.

My kid has had the same routine since he was a toddler and still needs constant reminders. He has severe ADHD that's at it's worst in the afternoon/night.
