My oncologist is German. She called me a "simple man" and "disobedient". "You are a simple man. This was caught early. It is simple for us. We don't have to do all of the nasty things to you." "You are disobedient. You should do what your wife says and gone to the doctor last year instead of waiting. You need to listen to your wife and stop being disobedient." She is awesome. We love her. 😂

That's how they did my husband's mole removal... in the US... Why does everyone think it's so different? They removed his skin cancer the same way as well. just cut it off and sent him on his way.

I didn't even get an opioid for my vertical abdominal hysterectomy. But they gave my husband percocet for his wisdom teeth removal.

You would never get an opioid for a mole removal in the US. I’ve had a number of them removed and they don’t even suggest ibuprofen because of bleeding risk. Tylenol.

My 15 year old had his tonsils removed and sent home with Tylenol and motrin. US does not give pain meds. He ended up in ER on day 3 due to extreme pain.
