try this instead-put ur juice into the bottle fill it up all the way then put a little bit of juice in ur mouth. then slug it back & have the juice ready for aft to rinse w. that's what I do,makes it a tiny bit better. used to do exactly what ur doing but I think the last thing my taste buds got was straight medicine. just a suggest.👍💜
