You can find the link in my highlights if you'd like to try them too. 🇬🇧 Recipe below ⬇️ Ingredients 📝 115 g unsalted butter 100 g milk chocolate chips (The Cocoa Circle Milk Drops 43%) 30 g cocoa powder (The Cocoa Circle) 2 eggs 200 g granulated sugar 80 g all-purpose flour A pinch of salt 170 g semi-sweet chocolate chips (The Cocoa Circle Cacao Drops 54%) 110 g cherries, pitted and quartered Preparation 👩🏻‍🍳 In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter together with 100 g milk chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval until smooth. Whisk in the cocoa powder until fully combined. Add the eggs and granulated sugar, then whisk until smooth. Add the flour and a pinch of salt. Fold everything together with a spatula until just combined, don’t overmix. Fold in the 170 g semi-sweet chocolate chips and the quartered cherries. Transfer the batter to a baking tin lined with parchment paper and spread it evenly. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (fan) for 25 minutes. The edges should be set while the center still has a slight wobble when you gently shake it. Every oven is different, so adjust the baking time if needed. Let the brownies cool. They are meant to be extra fudgy in the center. If you prefer a firmer brownie, simply bake them a little longer.
