Wayne Briargate :
Drain water from holding tanks. Pump in antifreeze with the water pump, open each water faucet individually until antifreeze comes out. Done. Dump leftover into the drains and toilet. Don’t forget the outside shower! Don’t ask me how I know.

I pull low point drain, pull plug out of hot water tank and open all drains. I have owned several campers over 15 years and I have never ever used antifreeze.

they're just now coming out with these 25 years ago I made one and I wouldn't be surprised if it's still in the house that I moved out of

If you’re gonna take the time to blow out the waterlines, then there is no reason to add antifreeze🙄

literally can skip the water line blow out and just pump antifreeze thru the camper inlet and it'd skip the whole step. or you can use the winterizing systems alot of campers have. or you can take the inlet line off your water pump and use the water pump to pump antifreeze thru the lines. there's quite a few ways to go about it that skips the blow out portion

I winterize trailers and yes just blowing them out might be all you need but that still a gamble. Even at say $7.00 a gallon is your multi thousand dollar unit not worth $7.00 ? And those of you who just open low point drains are praying that they built it right and no high spots . For what RV’s cost and not pushing 1 gallon of antifreeze through the system is a huge gamble. And good luck with the on demand water heaters with either just draining or just blowing out.

My camper sits up in an area. It gets -20 to - 30 below in the winter, I don’t blow the water out first, I just pump the antifreeze in until it’s coming out my faucet shut it off. It’s been good for 20 years of doing it that way.💯

I dump some rv antifreeze down each drain to keep the drain trap from freezing.

If you blow out the lines you don’t need antifreeze I don’t like that stuff sitting in my lines it makes them funky

make sure to turn on valve before you inject with air so you don't have any leaks when you use it again.

We blow out the lines, put antifreeze down drains and keep a heater in the rv. I’m paranoid!
