Why does everyone say that superstition by Stevie Wonder came out in 1973 it did not it came out in 1965 it was at the end of the movie Beach Blanket Bingo they introduced him by saying this 15-year-old Wonder child singing is called Stevie Wonder. I wasn't alive when the movie came out but as a kid growing up in the 1970s and everything on TV during the summertime was reruns of movies I saw it when I was a kid and I have watched it a couple of times since then it's an adult.

Some of these came out a year before or after 1973. I remember well, I was 18 and newly married and living in North Carolina for most of them, but not all. For example, Killing Me Softly came out in 1972. I know this because I was still in high school and it was on the radio during art class.
