pseudoephedrine makes me feel like I smoked meth [Laugh approved] my moms a nurse and used to give me it as a kid/teen when sick and id stay awake for like 24 hours. it makes me feel like my bones are sweating [Laugh approved] I avoid it at all costs now

I started getting a cough from post nasal drip. Immediately started Claritin, Flonase, Zicam, Vitamin C & D and Elderberry. Dried me right up and Cough was gone in a day.

This is very helpful. I’m allergic to dogs, horses (which I’m with both daily) cedar, pollen and mold living in Texas so I deal with congestion regularly. I didn’t know about sudephedrine so I will plan to keep that on hand. I have the other 3 already but this will be my new “go-to”!

Years and years ago I was down bad and went to the pharmacy. My nose was running horribly and everything that comes with that (sore throat, coughing, etc) was awful. The pharmacist told me to take a Claritin d once every 24 hours and 1 og Sudafed every 4 hours. She said only take it for a day or two and I realize I’m probably od-ing on the pseudoephedrine, but wow, it stops all the yuck and I can function. Will try to Flonase next time around. Thank you.
