I use both —either an oil or balm and then follow with micellar water after on my eyes especially for liner/mascara!!

i’ve never loved cleansing balms but after using micelar w/cotton pads for years - i just switched to the micelar makeup wipes from costco and love! so easy and actually feels like it does a better job of removing makeup even tubing mascara

I double cleanse with Prequel cleansing oil first (it takes off all my makeup) than follow with a mild face wash. I LOVE the double cleanse technique!

Melting balm, rinse, then use your regular face wash after. Feels soooo much cleaner and hydrated and not as tight than after using micellar water
