There were 3 occupants including the driver. They were driving up the hill with that load when they were ambushed. It all happened fast and casual. I thought the truck broke down and these men were trying to push the truck to the side. However, I notice a young man running towards me. I called out to him to find out what was happening and he responded, saying Hold Up! Hold Up! I picked him and we drove down towards Redsea Roundabout. There we saw his driver and the other crew. I dropped the person I picked with his colleagues and I drove back to save the truck and the contents. Driver sustained wounds on the face (cheek) and on his wrist. No visible wounds on the crews. However, they were traumatized. There were more than 20 men. We need continuous police patrol along this route.
