This happened to us. Npark wont pay. Insurance also cant claim. I said the trees were old and not maintained, near Toa Payoh. True enuf the next month anothe bigger branch hit another car. There's many elderlies in that area and school children. What if the branch hit them?

In Singapore, when a tree falls onto your car, you claim your own insurance, Nat Park will not take responsible and claim the tree was healthy but if your car hit a tree, you are responsible.
