my daughter found your tiktok, and decided to join her xc team 7th grade and the youngest and PRd her meet yesterday 18:03, a 2 min improvement. (she started full training 2 months after everyone else after breaking her foot). She still went to practice and walked with coaches till her boot fell apart. Her journey has just begun. And she wants to keep going! You have really reached some younger runners.
