I’ve been experimenting with letting Microsoft Copilot pull context from my Outlook emails and Teams chats, then make inferences about what actually needs my attention.

So I built a personal workspace dashboard in Microsoft 365 Copilot, using Cowork with Claude as the model.

It pulls from Outlook, Microsoft Teams and OneDrive and gives me a CEO-level view of my workspace like what's important, tasks assigned to me and who still owes me a reply.

Basically, one place to see the work that matters instead of digging through emails, chats, files and to-do lists all day.

My favorite part is having Copilot schedule it for me and run every hour, connecting the dots across my Microsoft 365 workspace and surface things I probably would’ve missed.

Watch the video to see how I built it.
