On another foil-lined baking sheet, pour pizza sauce evenly, followed by an even layer of shredded mozzarella cheese, and mini pepperoni slices (add any of your favorite pizza toppings too!). Bake at 425° for 8-10 minutes, and broil on high for 2-3 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
