My family bullied me out of my imagination. I don't really remember what happened that day, but I remember being so happy playing in the "castle" and I was trying to get someone's attention and got blown up on in a way. I remember how hurt I felt, turning around and looking at the "castle" all I saw was a old, worn wooden playset.

Maybe if things were different I wouldn't care what side of a bus I sat on, or maybe I wouldn't watch everyone to closely. Maybe I wouldn't wake from nightmares screaming "don't touch me". Maybe if they'd done something, I'd actually feel safe.
