@theplantslant: Replying to @nouralkhateeb80 and as a reminder a 400 calorie deficit is 400 calories fewer than your body requires NOT eating 400 calories @gymtrav #weightloss #fatloss #fatlosstips
Or if you’re like me, a post-menopausal woman, you decide to be happy just maintaining your somewhat chubby weight.

It's taken me almost 2 years to lose 115lbs on a calorie deficit, it's slow but its working and I didn't have to deprive myself of stuff I like

I'm 6'6", and just under 300lbs, and a year ago, I was 330. diabetic, a1c of 5.4, average calorie intake of 2300-2400. biggest change i made was completely cutting out regular soda, and switching to diet/zero sugar.

Liam, random question... and probably dumb cause like they're beans, but would refried beans work as a way to increase beans into your diet

Ok but how do you even figure out what your intake should be cause i don’t trust the online calculators, i know it’s way more involved than that

My mom started a GLP1 a month and a 1/2 ago, and she's disappointed because she hasn't lost as much weight as she expected, but she's lost inches. And I have to keep reminding her of that her tight pants are loose on her now.

our body needs carbs! I would much rather lose weight slow & steady (the right way), rather than fast & unsupported. we're all on a journey, but we've gotta remember to take care of ourselves!

A one pound baked potato with skin is around 450 calories. It’ll keep you full for a looooong time too. 😂

Carbs make you feel fuller longer, carbs help you lose weight because you eat less. I lost 60 pounds eating a very high carb diet. (Vegan😂)

I lost 100 lbs in just over a year. I remember back when I just hit 10 lbs down, stalled for about 6 weeks, another 15 down, stalled etc.. I remember feeling like I’d never see more than 30-50 lbs loss, but here we are 💜 it’s so hard, so frustrating. But so so worth it

I lost over 100 pounds in just over a year by counting calories and adding a little more walking. Unfortunately after we lost my mother-in-law I’ve stalled and even put some of that weight back on. I’m not letting that stop me though. I’m slowly getting back into my routine and slowly getting that weight back off. I have a goal to reach and now a point to prove. Slow and steady, good habits, and yes potatoes help. Thank you for your videos they helped me with change my mindset with food and fitness. Do what you can when you can / 10 okay bye.
