I had this same idea! We had one in our closet for breast milk. When I started formula feeding my husband turned it into a beer fridge lol. She’s long gone now.

A lot of misinformation on the mini fridge’s effectiveness for cooling. If it is a refrigerator with a compressor, it gets plenty cold enough to safely store breast milk. It should be stored in the door, that’s true with the regular fridge too. Some mini fridges use thermoelectric cooling, which cannot consistently cool for food safety because they have a maximum cooling capacity around 20-30°F below ambient room temperature. This model is clearly one with a compressor, so it is safe.

I did this and it was the best thing ever. During pregnancy I had waters / Gatorade , once I gave birth I had water, breastmilk prepped bottles , after he was off BM now it’s filled w snacks for husband 🤣
